Note to CW

A photo shot of a good friend CW when he took me out for a nice Spanish restaurant in town. Good chat. Love to hear your stories. Barcelona memories did also ring my bell.

Just a note to thanks. Because of you, the warm uncle of his little
two angels (a beautiful thing I know about you)...I learn to know what I am looking for, I learn to let it go, I learn to let it fall and test patient, I learn to follow the heart not the head, I learn to look into the eyes not to hear only words. I've learned it from you.

"The heart doesn't know the reason" you said. My best wish to you who'll always be a good friend whenever we're in touch.
See you next party!

Vodka jello anyone?

Here it comes the tough part...

The girls wanted to continue the night to Bed. After quite a few bottles of red wine, we headed our way to soi 11.

Koy waited there and with her best hospitality manner, she already prepared a set of vodka jello shots and another which I didn't know what it was.

Dear friends managed to ad how old I become on the screen! Umm...should I be glad?

Dangerous man! David determined his will, trying to get everyone drunk, especially the birthday girl. Mix shots kept feeding. The result? He pretty succeeded!

Only the crew would know what happened at that night. Mix shots, don't do this again!!

Gotta say - it was a great fun night after all.

Birthday party

It was Nicholas' idea to organise a birthday party for me...not to be mentioned if he just wanted to emphasize how old I am. Very kind of him! It had started to be an exciting night already since we were all about an hour and a half late from the original plan. The private function room on the roof top floor with white chill-out lounge décor at the Bacchus wine bar & restaurant was reserved. Tea lights were set to make a cozy evening. Only awaited for us to arrive. Friday night, it rained and heavy traffic in Bangkok....Well, what else can you say.

The setting scene, Bed style alike, was great but not when it came out in photo. White sheet and bare wall reminded me of a clinic center.

Great food, good booze and lovely companies made the night very enjoyable and top me to the moon.

Dinner was just an easy part of the night. More to come photos and stories of one of my best remarkable nights! How? To be continued....

Snow Patrol "Chasing Cars"

"Chasing Cars"

We'll do it all
Everything
On our own

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I don't quite know
How to say
How I feel

Those three words
Are said too much
They're not enough

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

Let's waste time
Chasing cars
Around our heads

I need your grace
To remind me
To find my own

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

All that I am
All that I ever was
Is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see

I don't know where
Confused about how as well
Just know that these things will never change for us at all

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

On the horizon

In the middle of a journey, I was stunned by a remarkable scene of dawn on the horizon.

The red engine was flying hundreds miles above the deep blue ocean where silver sunlight shone on its glassy surface. The cloud spread over in the air. It seems here, on this horizontal line, the water is meeting with the sky.

Just like a big canvas. I couldn't take my eyes out of what was appeared in front me for a few sec. A little simple allure of travelling. Cafe Del mare music on my nano was mumbling through my headset -- "Let me...take you...to a journey".

Little paradise

At least once a year I escape to this little paradise island, Koh Samed. Either with friends or just on my own. Laying down on the beach, reading a book, irresistably fell asleep when lightly breeze blows, then wake up again and jump into the sea. Absorbing the sunlight on its beautiful powdery white sand and turquoise ocean. I simply fall in love and return to my always-favorite-bay of the island.

A friend just asked to get together to Samed for this long weekend. I just realised it's been more than a year I last visited that place.

I used to have my little secret spot for quietly soaking myself into the sea on the candlelight beach. Not anymore...as it was turned to be a huge accommodation operation behind. I felt lost as a kid's treehouse was taken away. Losing its charm of visiting. I walked from beach to beach trying to seek a new spot. Though I found a new lazed around place which could may be a substitute. Still shame....nothing can be the same. That was the last memory. Maybe it's the time to go and check it out again.

Andrea's farewell

Another good friend, cool chic Andrea, left the Kingdom to India - nothing to do with me(!).

We hadn't kept good in touch lately, only knew news through friends. And then all of a sudden she announced...I'm leaving to India for yoga & meditation courses(!!)

We all bless her well and wish her to come back to the city of angel soon.

We miss ya....

Happy day

It is as high numbers as 57 million of Indian chidren under 5 are underweight for their age. Within this trip, I'm so glad that we did something for a little help for some of them. Can you imagine...3,000 Rupee (around 65 USD) can feed as many as 200 neighbourhood kids?...

I still remembered those innocent smiles, patiently waited for food to be served. Some were hurried up to eat so they could take left over food home to share with their families. We were all overjoyed to see that we had just made a small part of their day...

Cultural charm India

I have to say that I fall in love with India. Though I haven't stepped my feet to explore it that much, my 4-day-trip to Gaya did kick my soul and made me want to go back there again.

Regardless of its presence in poverty of living, the country and people are so much rich in cultures to offer. Spiritual attractions are absorbing into everyday lives. I could just quickly develop enduring passion along the journey within this country. I'll be returning with a longer stay...

Sweet smile....every morning when I got out of the temple, this girl followed me quietly and only gave her sweet smiles....

the gang......

bus stop....

Young monk...when it comes to a religious season, many boys pretend to be a monk so he can be allowed into this place...that means an easier chance to ask for money.
I don't know if he's real or not...

Meditation place at night scene....

We did this!!.....
Big long orange material were surrounded on the wall of the Buddha's bodhi tree.
